To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@petitclays.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective.

We cannot accept returns on the following items:
