Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective.
We cannot accept returns on the following items:

- Personalized or customized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Health and personal care items
- Final sale items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
